The Clayton Fernie Legacy Scholarship began to honour the memory of a wonderful son, brother, and friend who touched many lives both on and off the ice. This is a registered charity that provides financial assistance to families to pay for their child’s hockey registration fees.

Donate your recyclables to skip the depot! Simply schedule your pick-up date and they’ll pick up your bottles, clothes and more and help put funds toward our cause!

Clayton’s Legacy
Clayton’s passion for hockey began at a very young age. In fact, one of his first words was - HOCKEY! His love for the Calgary Flames, along with playing the sport, helped shape who he was. Through hockey, he was able to build his self-esteem, confidence, respect and integrity. Many life-long relationships were formed.
We want to help youth build these characteristics and passion for hockey in a structured, inclusive environment through Hockey Calgary.
